Specific Terms and Conditions for GXCredits offered by Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (“SingTel Mobile”)
1. USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using this Website and, you (“the User”) are accepting these terms and conditions. If the User is under the age of 21 years, the User is advised to seek the consent of his/her parent or guardian before use of this Website and purchase of Game Credits. If the User is under the age of 21 years, the parent/guardian (as the case may be) on SingTel Mobile’s record shall be responsible for all transactions that are carried out by the User on this Website notwithstanding lack of consent or authorisation by such parent/guardian.
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
2. DEFINITIONS
| ‘Game(s)’ |
means the on-line game made available at the Website for a User to play; |
| ‘Game Credits’ |
means the points assigned to the User for (i) accessing play time in the relevant massive multiplayer online game subscriptions and/or (ii) the purchase of virtual items to be utilized in a Game for a stated price; |
| ‘Game Publisher’ |
means the proprietary owner of the Game offered at the Website; |
| ‘GST’ |
means the tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap 117A) of Singapore on the supply of goods and services in Singapore and the importation of goods into Singapore; |
| ‘Password’ |
means a string of alphanumeric characters defined by the User as an additional authentication, validation and verification with the User Name; |
| ‘SMS’ |
means short message service offered by SingTel Mobile to its subscribers; |
| ‘User Name’ |
means a unique name registered by the User to be used in the respective Games accessed via a network on a personal computer; |
| ‘Website’ |
means the website located at http://gxleague.com/gxcredits or as re-located from time to time. |
3. PURCHASE AND USE OF GAME CREDITS AND USE OF GAMES
| 3.1 |
The User triggers purchase of Game Credits via SMS. SMS charges will be imposed by SingTel Mobile on the subscriber based on the price plan of the subscriber at the time of transmission of the SMS. |
| 3.2 |
Charges for the Game Credits will be reflected in the subscriber’s SingTel Mobile bill. All prices of the Game Credits are inclusive of prevailing GST unless otherwise stated. |
| 3.3 |
Game Credits purchased from SingTel Mobile have a validity period of one month from the date of purchase and must be utilised before its expiry. No extension of the validity period will be allowed. |
| 3.4 |
Game Credits, once purchased, shall not be refundable or exchangeable. |
| 3.5 |
Notification of Game Credits delivered by SingTel Mobile through SMS shall be considered purchased and shall not be cancelled or refunded. |
| 3.6 |
User is responsible for the security and proper use of the User Name and Password used in connection with the Games and must take all necessary steps to ensure that the User Name and Password are kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorised persons. User is responsible for all activities, whether authorised or unauthorised, that occur under the Password and account of the User. |

User is solely responsible for the understanding, interpretation and application of the rules, playing methods or procedures or any other content set out in the Game and use of the Game Credits in accordance with the rules set out in the Game. SingTel Mobile shall not entertain any claims by the User that the rules were not clear or that the User misinterpreted the rules or that Game Credits were used in error or otherwise whatsoever. |

User hereby acknowledges that use of Games may be subject to further terms and conditions imposed by the Game Publisher. User agrees to accept such terms and conditions stipulated by the Game Publisher from time to time. |
4. COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE DRAWS
From time to time SingTel Mobile may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Website. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be made available at the time of such competitions. SingTel reserves the right to amend and/or remove the promotion and associating terms and conditions at its discretion.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All Games including graphics, audio and video, pictures, drawings, names, logos, material or content capable of intellectual property rights protection displayed or available through the Website are protected by law and shall belong to its lawful owner. The User shall not copy, download or otherwise misuse or infringe the intellectual property rights contained therein. |

The User shall indemnify SingTel Mobile and/or its related companies for any claims, demands, suits, loss or damages, costs and expenses (including legal costs) arising from breach of clause 5.1 by the User or from any act or omission of the User in the use of the Website and/or the Games and its related services. |
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The accessibility and operations of the Games and its related services rely on technologies outside of SingTel Mobile's control. SingTel Mobile does not guarantee continuous accessibility or uninterrupted operation of the Games and/or its related services. |
| 6.2 |
Internet communications may be susceptible to interference or interception by third parties. SingTel Mobile makes no warranty that the Website and/or Games are free from attack by computer viruses or other unauthorized software. |
| 6.3 |
SingTel Mobile shall not be liable for any loss, damages, costs, expenses whatsoever suffered or incurred by the User which may arise (whether in contract, tort, including negligence under statute or otherwise) by reason of or in connection with the provision of the Website and the Games including the Games Credit and or any limitations described in clauses 6.1 and 6.2 above or any other cause not specifically set out herein. |

To the extent permitted by law, SingTel Mobile excludes all warranties, rights and remedies (including warranties implied by statute or otherwise) that the User would otherwise be entitled to by law. |
7. Miscellaneous
| 7.1 |
These Specific Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the User hereby agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore. |
