1. What is SingTel GXCredits?
SingTel’s GXCredits is a mobile billing solution for Massive Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG) pins that is traditionally purchased via retail stores or via web. GXCredits are essentially game credits that are used to topup your in-game currency to:
  • purchase in-game cash items (eg. New armour, weapon, potions, etc.)
  • activate your gameplay (eg. Elan Online requires gamers to purchase a one-time activation code before they can play the game)
  • pay monthly subscription for gameplay (eg. Lineage II)
  • purchase or activate cash related items or features within the game
GXCredits is a convenient method for players to top up their game time or game credits via their STM mobile phones.

2. When was SingTel GXCredits launched?
SingTel GXCredits will be soft launched on 23 Aug 07 and is available to all SingTel Mobile postpaid customers. It will be commercially launched on 30 Aug.

3. Is SingTel GXCredits only available to SingTel Mobile customers?
Yes, only STM postpaid customers are able to enjoy this service.

4. Are there any charges for using this service?
Normal SMS charges applies in addition to the game credits that you have purchased. Users will only be charged when you receive an SMS confirmation with the game code and password.

Example:
“Thk U. Your GVC is BBBBxxxxxxxxRRR. Password:xxxxxx. Pls activate the code @http://passport.iahgames.com(Code expires 30 days fm today)”

The charges will be reflected in your next SingTel bill.

5. I am a hi!Card user. Can I enjoy this service?
No. This service is only available to SingTel Mobile postpaid customers.

6. How can I cancel the service?
Once the game credit is delivered to the customer, it is considered consumed and utilized. Cancellation is not applicable.

7. I need assistance on SingTel GXCredits. What is the customer service number?
Please call SingTel's Customer Support Hotline: 1626.

8. Can customer purchase multiple codes in 1 request?
No, they can't, the customer can only purchase 1 code per request.

9. Is there a limit to the number of codes that customer can purchase per month?
Yes, the credit limit for each user is $300 per game title. If the user exceeds the credit limit for each game title within the month, he/she will not be able to purchase the GXCredits for the particular game within that month. He/she will only to make the purchase in the following month.

10. What is the website to play the game?
To play the game, first you need to download the game client from the respective game websites:

11. What happens if customer accidentally deletes the SMS with the code?
They can re-request for the code again. They need to initiate “topup” to 42637, and select the games accordingly, than select "View Purchase Records".They will receive the game code that they have purchased for the past 1 month, regardless if the game codes have been activated before.

12. How does the customer activate the pin on the website?
Please refer to the section on "How to activate your game codes" at the individual game page.
